These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Taktik77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided at https://taktik77.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with any service on Taktik77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Your continued use of Taktik77 constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any terms published from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Taktik77 website at https://taktik77.cam, including all pages, features, games, services, and functionality accessible thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of all real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other incentives awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by Taktik77 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or policy breach.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by law.
• "Operator" refers to the entity that owns and operates the Taktik77 Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Taktik77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Taktik77 strictly enforces a minimum age policy of 21 years for all registered users. This requirement applies regardless of local age-of-majority laws in your jurisdiction.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or organisation.
3. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
4. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of any employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Taktik77 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

When registering an Account on Taktik77, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and all balances (including any pending withdrawals) may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Taktik77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal — or at any point where Taktik77 deems it necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance — you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Taktik77 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, USDT, and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; please check the cashier section of the Platform for the current list.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) for all supported fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of USDT 50 or BTC 0.001 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending security reviews:

• DuitNow and FPX: typically 3–15 minutes
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 15–60 minutes
• Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically 1–24 hours
• USDT/BTC: typically 1–6 hours depending on network congestion

All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. Taktik77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Taktik77 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and special event bonuses to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion's landing page and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on Taktik77 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Taktik77 reserves the right to exclude specific game categories (e.g., live dealer, sports betting, or specific slot titles) from contributing to wagering requirement calculations. Please refer to individual promotion pages for game contribution rates.
• Players who attempt to abuse promotions through collusion, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the bonus terms will have their Bonus Funds and any related winnings forfeited and their Accounts suspended.
• Taktik77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games and betting markets on Taktik77 operate under the rules published within each respective game interface or sports betting market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

Finality of Results: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding. Taktik77 is not responsible for errors made by Players in placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or misunderstanding of game rules. Bet cancellations or amendments after confirmation are not permitted except in exceptional circumstances at Taktik77's sole discretion.

System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect display of odds or balances, Taktik77 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the Account to its pre-error state. Winnings resulting from a system error will not be honoured.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on Taktik77 cover domestic and international competitions including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and live football markets, as well as esports titles including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Valorant. Specific betting rules, settlement procedures, and void conditions for each sport and market type are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taktik77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for personal gain.
• Colluding with other Players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent payment disputes with your payment provider after completing deposits.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technologies.
• Sharing access to your Account with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at Taktik77 staff or other Platform users.

All content on the Taktik77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation, is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

The Taktik77 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to the Operator. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taktik77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or delays in processing transactions.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Taktik77 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

By the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon verified closure, your real-money balance (net of any incomplete wagering requirement obligations) will be returned to your designated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

By Taktik77: Taktik77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if the Account holder is found to have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or fraudulent registration information;
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Been identified as underage;
• Attempted to defraud the Platform or its payment processors; or
• Requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

In cases of Account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, Taktik77 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining Account balance, including all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws regarding online gaming. Taktik77 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, and does not accept Players from Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Taktik77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notification within the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
